I always enjoy the Vinyasa Yoga Classes with Tania - the online classes are just as great as the in person ones

I look forward to my weekly classes with Tania. She has taught me some fundamentals of positions that I was not taught with my previous yoga teacher allowing me to progress further. Only reason to give a 4 and not a 5 is sometimes the venue is too cold.
